16.2 - check

Last Saturday I was successful in my second attempt at an Open workout. Scaled, of course! I had somewhere to be at 1:00 that day, so I got there early and was able to go in the first heat. That made me nervous! I think I prefer the last heat!

Friday night there was another watch party at MVCF and four folks did the workout. Coaches Ali and D went first, Coach Dan and (another) Dan went second. Those peeps are bad@$$!

You can read the Team Rabbit rap about Workout 16.2 here!

I got through two full rounds (up to the 75 pound squat cleans) and then on the next one made it through the 25 hanging leg raises, 50 single-unders, but could not clean the 95 pound bar to do the squat. Rats! It was a blast though!

Since all scores have been entered and verified, the overall men's and women's winners of  16.2 were announced. The top female finished all the Rx rounds in 15:07! If you've got about 16 minutes you can watch the entire performance, here

We are now about 10 hours away from the 16.3 announcement! Two down and three to go. Bring it on! Scaled...of course!
